Bundly is a browser extension that transforms your new tab page into a productivity dashboard. The Service allows you to organize websites, create groups, and manage your browsing experience.

We offer both a free version with limited features and a paid "Pro" version with additional functionality.

3. Free and Pro Versions

3.1 Free Version

The free version of Bundly includes basic features with limitations (e.g., up to 30 sites, 3 groups, 10 icons). The free version is provided "as is" without any guarantees.

3.2 Pro Version

Bundly Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features including unlimited sites and groups, premium icons, 2-column layout, and backup functionality.

4. Payment and Subscription

4.1 Pricing

Pro subscriptions are available as monthly ($2.99/month) or yearly ($24.99/year) plans. All prices are in USD and may be subject to change with notice.

4.2 Billing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

4.4 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with Pro within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not share or transfer your Pro license to others

6. Intellectual Property

Bundly and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Bundly. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal use.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All extension data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUNDLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
